ยาคุม Yasmin 21 เป็นยาคุมกำเนิดในรูปแบบยาเม็ดผสม (combination oral contraceptive; COC) สำหรับรับประทาน ยาอยู่ในรูปแบบแผง 21 เม็ด ซึ่งตัวยาประกอบด้วยโดรสไพรีโนน (drospirenone) 3 มิลลิกรัม และเอธินิล เอสตราไดออล (ethinyl estradiol) 0.03 มิลลิกรัม

วิธีรับประทาน :

- รับประทานยาต่อเนื่องตั้งแต่เม็ดที่ 1 วันละ 1 เม็ด ควรรับประทานยาในเวลาเดิมของทุกวัน หรือคาดเคลื่อนไม่เกิน 3 ชั่วโมงของเวลาเดิมเพื่อประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดในการคุมกำเนิด 

- แนะนำให้รับประทานยาหลังอาหารเย็นหรือก่อนนอน 

- รับประทานยาต่อเนื่อง 21 วันจนหมดแผง จากนั้นไม่ต้องรับประทานยาอีก 7 วัน จึงค่อยเริ่มรับประทานยาแผงใหม่ 

- เริ่มรับประทานยาแผงใหม่ตั้งแต่เม็ดแรกจนครบ 21 เม็ดและหยุดรับประทานยา 7 วันดังเดิม 

- ตัวยาจะยังไม่ถือว่ามีฤทธิ์ในการคุมกำเนิดอย่างสมบูรณ์ จนกว่าจะรับประทานยาอย่างต่อเนื่องเป็นเวลา 7 วัน

Yasmin 21 is a combination oral contraceptive (COC) for oral contraception. The medicine comes in a pack of 21 tablets and contains drospirenone. (drospirenone) 3 mg and ethinyl estradiol (ethinyl estradiol) 0.03 mg

How to eat:

- Take the medicine continuously starting from the 1st pill, 1 pill a day. You should take the medicine at the same time every day. Or expect to move no more than 3 hours from the original time for maximum efficiency in birth control.

- It is recommended to take the medicine after dinner or before bedtime.

- Take the medicine continuously for 21 days until the pack is finished, then do not need to take the medicine for another 7 days before starting to take a new pack of medicine.

- Start taking a new pack of pills from the first pill until you have completed 21 pills and stop taking the pills for 7 days as before.

- The drug is not yet considered to have complete contraceptive effect. Until taking the medicine continuously for 7 days
