วิธีใช้ :

- ฉีกซองแถบทดสอบออกมา จุ่มลงในภาชนะที่ใส่ปัสสาวะไว้ ในระดับขีดลูกศรที่กำหนดบนแถบ จุ่มค้างไว้ 10 วินาที

- นำแถบทดสอบขึ้นมาวางบนพื้นราบ ทิ้งไว้ 1-5 นาที จึงอ่านผลทดสอบได้

วิธีการอ่านผล :

- กรณีตั้งภรรค์ (Positive) จะปรากฎแถบสีแดง 2 แถบขึ้นตรงตัวอักษร C และ T

- กรณีไม่ตั้งครรภ์ (Negative) จะปรากฎแถบสีแดงเฉพาะตรงตัวอักษร C เพียงแถบเดียวเท่านั้น

- กรณีแปลผลไม่ได้ (Invalid ) เมื่อไม่ปรากฎแถบใดๆขึ้น ควรทำการทดสอบใหม่อีกครั้ง โดยใช้ชุดทดสอบอันใหม่

คำแนะนำ :

- เพื่อให้ได้ผลลัพธ์ที่แม่นยำที่สุด ให้ตรวจหลังจากตื่นนอนทันที โดยใช้ปัสสาวะช่วงกลาง
