ข้อบ่งใช้ :

- ผู้ใหญ่ ให้รับประทานยาในปริมาณ 50–100 มิลลิกรัม ทุก 4–6 ชั่วโมง โดยปริมาณยาสูงสุดใน 1 วันจะไม่เกิน 300–400 มิลลิกรัม แต่ในกรณีที่แพทย์ใช้สำหรับป้องกันอาการเมารถ แพทย์จะให้ผู้ป่วยรับประทานยาก่อนทำกิจกรรมที่อาจส่งผลให้เกิดอาการ 30 นาที–1 ชั่วโมง ทั้งนี้ ในบางกรณี ปริมาณการรับประทานยาอาจแตกต่างกันไปบ้างตามดุลยพินิจของแพทย์ ซึ่งผู้ป่วยควรรับประทานยาตามคำแนะนำของแพทย์ผู้รักษาเป็นหลัก

- เด็กที่อายุมากกว่า 12 ปีขึ้นไป ให้รับประทานยาในปริมาณเดียวกับผู้ใหญ่

- เด็กอายุ 6–12 ปี ให้รับประทานยาในปริมาณ 25–50 มิลลิกรัม ทุก 6–8 ชั่วโมง โดยปริมาณยาสูงสุดใน 1 วันจะไม่เกิน 150 มิลลิกรัม

- เด็กอายุ 2–5 ปี ให้รับประทานยาในปริมาณ 12.5–25 มิลลิกรัม ทุก 6–8 ชั่วโมง โดยปริมาณยาสูงสุดใน 1 วันจะไม่เกิน 75 มิลลิกรัม
