มาร์วีลอน 28 ยาเม็ดคุมกำเนิด

ยามาร์วีลอน(Marvelon) เป็นยาชื่อการค้าของยาเม็ดคุมกำเนิดที่ประกอบด้วยฮอร์โมนเพศ 2 ตัว คือ ดีโซเจสตรีล (Desogestrel) และเอทินิล เอสตร้าไดออล(Ethinyl estradiol)

กลไกการออกฤทธิ์ : ยามาร์วีลอนจะคล้ายคลึงกับยาเม็ดคุมกำเนิดทั่วๆไป คือ ป้องกันการตกไข่ของแต่ละรอบประจำเดือน และทำให้บริเวณปากมดลูกมีสารเมือกหนาตัวขึ้น จนทำให้ตัวอสุจิผ่านเข้าในโพรงมดลูกได้ยากขึ้น

รูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ : ยาชนิดรับประทาน บรรจุ 28 เม็ด/แผง 

วิธีทาน (ขนาดการใช้ยา) : สตรีวัยเจริญพันธ์ รับประทานยาเหมือนแบบ 21 เม็ด แต่ในวันที่ 22 - 28 ให้รับประทานยาหลอกวันละ 1 เม็ด หลังจากนั้นให้เริ่มรับประทานยามาร์วีลอนแผงใหม่ในขนาดและเวลาเดิม ซึ่งโดยทั่วไป ในช่วงที่รับประทานยาหลอกไปแล้ว 2-3 วัน ก็จะเริ่มมีประจำเดือน

Mechanism of action : Marvelon is similar to other birth control pills, preventing ovulation during each menstrual cycle. and causes the cervical area to have thicker mucus. making it more difficult for sperm to pass into the uterine cavity.

Product form : Oral medicine, containing 28 tablets/packet.

How to take (medicine dosage) : Women of reproductive age. Take the same pill as 21 tablets, but on days 22 - 28, take 1 placebo pill per day. After that, start taking a new pack of Marvelon at the same dose and time. which generally during the 2-3 days after taking the placebo, menstruation will begin.
