สรรพคุณ/ข้อบ่งใช้ : ใช้แก้ปัญหาภาวะเลือดออกผิดปกติจากโพรงมดลูก, ภาวะไม่มีประจำเดือน (primary and secondary amenorrhoea), เยื่อบุมดลูกเจริญผิดที่ (endometriosis), ใช้ส าหรับการเลื่อนประจำเดือน และรักษากลุ่มอาการก่อนมีประจำเดือน

ขนาดยาและวิธีรับประทานยา :

- ภาวะเลือดออกผิดปกติจากโพรงมดลูก รับประทานยา ครั้งละ 1 เม็ดวันละ 3 ครั้ง เป็นเวลา 10 วัน

- ป้องกันภาวะเลือดออกผิดปกติซ้ำ รับประทานยา ครั้งละ 1 เม็ด วันละ 2-3 ครั้ง ตั้งแต่วันที่ 19-26 ของรอบเดือน หรือวันที่ 16-25 ของรอบเดือน สามารถเลือกแบบใดแบบหนึ่งได้ (นับวันแรกของรอบเดือน คือ วันแรกที่ประจำเดือนมาครั้งสุดท้าย) รับประทานติดต่อกันสามรอบเดือน  

- ภาวะไม่มีประจำเดือน ก่อนเริ่มใช้ยา แพทย์จะให้ฮอร์โมนเอสโตรเจน เป็นเวลา 14 วันก่อน หลังจากนั้นจึงให้รับประทานยา ครั้งละ 1 เม็ดวันละ 1-2 ครั้ง เป็นเวลา 10 วัน  

- เยื่อบุมดลูกเจริญผิดที่ ให้เริ่มยาในวันที่ 5 ของรอบเดือน โดยรับประทานยา ครั้งละ 1 เม็ด วันละ 2 ครั้ง หากใช้ขนาดยาดังกล่าวแล้วผู้ป่วยมีเลือดออกกระปริบกระปรอย อาจเพิ่มขนาดยา โดยรับประทานยา ครั้งละ 2 เม็ด วันละ 2 ครั้งแทน แต่เมื่อเลือดหยุดแล้วให้กลับมาใช้ในขนาดเดิม คือ ครั้งละ 1 เม็ด วันละ 2 ครั้ง โดยระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการรักษาอย่างน้อย 4-6 เดือน

- เลื่อนประจำเดือน รับประทาน 1 เม็ด วันละ 2-3 ครั้ง โดย จะใช้ยา 3 วันก่อนวันที่จะมีประจำเดือนเป็นวันแรก และรับประทานต่อไปเรื่อยๆ หากต้องการให้ประจำเดือนมา ให้หยุดทานยา ไม่ควรใช้ยาเป็นระยะเวลานานกว่า 10- 14 วัน และผู้ใช้ยาจะมีประจำเดือนหลังจากหยุดยาแล้วประมาณ 2-3 วัน

Dosage and how to take the medicine :

- Abnormal bleeding from the uterus : Take 1 tablet 3 times a day for 10 days.

- Prevent repeated abnormal bleeding : Take 1 pill at a time, 2-3 times a day from the 19th-26th day of the menstrual cycle or the 16th-25th day of the menstrual cycle. You can choose one type. (The first day of the menstrual cycle is counted as the first day of the last menstrual period.) Take three consecutive menstrual cycles.

- Lack of menstruation : Before starting to use the medicine. The doctor will give you estrogen for 14 days first, after which you will take the medicine 1 tablet 1-2 times a day for 10 days.

- The lining of the uterus is abnormal : Start taking the medicine on the 5th day of the menstrual cycle by taking 1 pill at a time, 2 times a day. The dose may be increased. By taking the medicine 2 tablets at a time, 2 times a day instead, but when the bleeding has stopped, return to the original dosage, that is, 1 tablet at a time, 2 times a day, with the duration of treatment being at least 4-6 months.
