สรรพคุณ/ข้อบ่งใช้ :

- ใช้รักษาอาการอักเสบของช่องคลอดจากเชื้อรา ผู้ป่วยมักมีอาการคัน แสบช่องคลอด ตกขาวจะมีไม่มากนัก แต่จะมีลักษณะเป็นก้อนคล้ายตะกอนนม ขนาดที่ใช้ในการรักษาคือ 500 mg ครั้งเดียว

- ยาเหน็บช่องคลอดกับการใช้ยาขณะมีประจำเดือนขึ้นกับขนาดยาที่ใช้เป็นหลัก โดยแนะนำถ้าใช้เป็น คลอแมซ-ฟอร์ท ขนาด 500 mg สอดครั้งเดียว ให้หลีกเลี่ยงการใช้ในระหว่างมีประจำเดือน 

- โดยขณะใช้ยาห้ามใช้ผ้าอนามัยแบบสอด การสวนล้างช่องคลอด ยาฆ่าอสุจิหรือผลิตภัณฑ์สำหรับช่องคลอดอื่น และงดมีเพศสัมพันธ์ในช่วงใช้ยา

Properties/Indications :

- Used to treat vaginal inflammation caused by fungus. Patients often have itching, vaginal burning, and vaginal discharge is not much. But it will look like a lump like milk sludge. The therapeutic dose is 500 mg once.

- Vaginal suppositories and their use during menstruation depend mainly on the amount of medicine used. Recommended if used as Clomaz-Forte, size 500 mg, inserted once. Avoid use during menstruation.

- While using the medicine, do not use tampons. vaginal douching Spermicide or other vaginal products and abstain from having sex while using the drug.
